Council accepts John Badger as substitute for Lyman Sherman "in his absence
the comeing winter" and Thomas Burdick for Phinehas Richards "during
his abse<nce>" |

The Council then agreed that the Clerk should prepare for
the press a communication seting forth the determination of the High Council
to work to the line in all buisness relative to Zion. |
