Revise plat to four one-acre lots |
|
Several topics were discussed, when it was unanimously voted, that it be recommended to the proprietors of the Corporation of Far West, to petition the Trustees of said Corporation, to alter the streets or lessen them so as to make each block contain four acres of ground and each block be divided into four lots. |

Encourage immigration |

Secondly: Voted unanimously, that it is the opinion of the Council, that there is sufficient room in this country, for the Churches to continue gathering from abroad. |

Postpone House of the Lord |
|
[120] Third Voted unanimously that the building of the house of the Lord in this place be postponed till the Lord shall reveal it to be his will to be commenced. |

All difficulties were satisfactorily settled except a matter between J. Smith jr. Oliver Cowdery and T. B. Marsh which was referred to themselves with the agreement that their settlement of the affair should be sufficient for the Council. |
