Burr Riggs is cut off for failing to make satisfaction as promised at the Council of February 13, 1833, neglecting his duty, and not caring how soon he is cut off.

Burr Riggs neglects duty, doesn't care   A conference of High Priests is called to consider the case of Burr Riggs who is accused of "neglecting to make satisfaction to the Church as he had agreed, and disgracing the High Priesthood by neglect of duty, and saying he did [not] care how soon he was cut off from the Church."   Term: conference of high priests
Not worthy, guilty, cut off   The conference unanimously agrees "that he is not worthy of a place in the Church of Christ and was adjudged guilty and accordingly cut off from being a member."
