Kirtland Revelations Book
Frederick G. Williams, who served as a scribe to the prophet from July 20 to approximately November 27, 1832, copied the first revelations into the Kirtland Revelations Book (KRB). Orson Hyde in worked on the book in 1834, as did James Mulholland, probably in 1838–1839.

10 February 27, 1832 A large X crosses this paragraph out. Lord authorizes "Lincoln" to be ordained, receive articles and covenants, and some of the commandments, to proclaim the gospel in the congregations of the wicked.  
10–11 March 8, 1832 Chose this day and ordained br Jesse Gause and Broth Sidney to be my councellors of the ministry of the presidency of <th> high Pristhood and from the 16h of February up to this date have been at home except a journey to Kirtland on the 29 Feby and returned from one the 4th of March we received a revelation in Kirtland and one since I returned home blessed be the name of the Lord. [Not a published revelation; cp. revelation of March 15, pages 17–18 below (D&C 81). ]
11–12 March 12 , 1832 Commandment to Joseph and Sidney to teach the mysteries from the scriptures, debate adversaries, prepare for more revelations and commandments. D&C 71

13–15 December 4, 1831 Bishop Partridge to pay Kirtland debts. Consecration required in Zion. Agents take subscriptions for publication of revelations. Certificates required to go to Zion. Stewardship accountability. D&C 72b
15–17 March 1, 1832 Merge Literary and Mercantile Firms of Kirtland and Zion (United Firm, or the United Order). Everlasting firm. Newel, Joseph, and Sidney to consult with the brethren in Zion. Covenant with each other. Whoever breaks the covenant will be turned over to Satan. Riches of eternity and a hundred times the wealth of this world promised. Jesus will come with the church of the firstborn and take up the righteous in the cloud and reward all according to their deserts. D&C 78
17–18 March 15, 1832 Jesse Gause called to be a high priest and counselor to Joseph Smith in presidency of the High Priesthood, which holds the keys of the kingdom. D&C 81 *

20–31 September 22 and 23, 1832 New Jerusalem and temple, lineage of the Holy Priesthood, priesthood of Aaron, prerogatives of each priesthood and their appendages (offices), missions without purse or scrip, wash feet to condemn, reprove world and Lord will shake heaven and earth. D&C 84 *
31–32 December 6, 1832 Parable of the wheat and the tares: Satan rules through Babylon. Apostles spread the seed and it begins to grow but is still tender. Priesthood passes through the generations §. Priesthood must remains in your lineage until all is restored. Saviors to Israel through the priesthood. D&C 86 *

Use wine for sacrament, strong drink for washing, tobacco for bruises, no hot drinks, herbs useful, meat sparingly, grain the staff of life, fruit, mild barley drinks. 51–55 March 8, 1833 Joseph's sins forgiven. Keys will never be taken. Gives oracles of God to church. Sidney and Frederick are to be his counselors, equal to Joseph in holding the keys. School of the Prophets to train missionaries. Complete translation of the Old Testament, then preside and study. Joseph to preside over Zion in the Lord's own due time. D&C 90 *

56–59 May 6, 1833 Obedient see Lord. Lord is the light of every person. Father and Son one. Fulness of John's record later. Lord creator, but on earth did not have the fulness. 59–60 June 1, 1833 Many ordained, few are chosen. Call a solemn assembly. Build a house (dimensions) where the chosen can be endowed with power from on high. Contentions in the school of the prophets. Jesus Christ's titles. D&C 95 *
60–61 June 4, 1833 Newel K. Whitney to supervise the use of the French farm, where the House of the Lord is to be built. He is to divide the land into lots for inheritances as divided by the council. John Johnson, is promised eternal life. He is to be ordained, pay mortgage. D&C 96
61–64 August 2, 1833 Many humble in Zion. Parley Pratt to preside over school there. Build House of the Lord in Zion. The Lord will come to it and the pure will see God. Zion the pure in heart. Vengeance comes speedily. Offerings accepted. D&C 97 *

87–89 August May 20, 1831 Consecration and stewardship. Bishop deeds what is needed to families. Excommunicants retain deeded property but bishop retains their surplus for the poor and for his own family's needs. Be one. Behave as though this were a permanent settlement until directed. 89–91 July 20, 1831 Missouri land of promise. Build temple west of courthouse. Purchase lands up to Indian Territory. Get license to trade with the Indians, preach to them. 97–100 June 22, 1834 Church disobedient, not united, selfish. Postpone redemption of Zion. Keep revelations quiet, don't brag. Purchase lands in Jackson. Seek peace with neighbors until large army raised. Joseph choose first elders to receive endowment. D&C 105 *
100–107 April 23, 1834 Lord breaks up United Firm become of suspected duplicity on the part of some, whom he curses. Assets are distributed. Common treasury is established for Kirtland members. 108–111 February 24, 1834 Driven from Jackson because disobedient. Now Zion to be redeemed to power; one like Moses to lead the people back when large army raised. Assignments to raise volunteers. D&C 103

117 Notes on 1 Corinthians 7:14 [Paul] wrote Corinthians "a commandment not of the Lord but of himself" that children of member/non-member couples should not be circumcised, "that the tradition might be done away." Children sanctified by atonement.
