Minutes of April 26–27, 1832
High priests acknowledge Joseph as President of the High Priesthood. Edward Partridge extends the right hand of fellowship on behalf of the church in Zion . "All differences" are settled and "the hearts of all run together in love" §. Joseph receives D&C 82, establishing the United Firm.

Edward extends hand of fellowship   And the right hand of fellowship given him by the Bishop Edward Partridge in the land of Zion in the name of the Church.   "The right hand of fellowship was given to me by the Bishop. Edward Partridge, in behalf of the church. The scene was solemn, impressive, and delightful." MH-A, 210 // Papers, 380; HC 1:267.
Sidney Gilbert ordained   Joseph ordains Sidney Gilbert a high priest.  
  Sidney Rigdon then states reason given for this meeting, which was given in a revelation received in Ohio.   ¶ D&C 78
  "Conference" adjourns for an hour.   Term: conference and council are used interchangeably.

During the intermission, a difficulty or hardness which had existed between bishop Partridge and Elder Rigden was amicably settled, and when we came together in the afternoon all hearts Seemed to rejoice, and I received [D&C 82]." MH-A, 210.

Revelation   A Revelation [D&C 82] received through him whom the Church has appointed respecting organization.   The revelation establishes the United Firm.

United Firm branches   Resove the name of the firm mentioned in yesterday's commandment be Gilbert, Whitney & Company in Zion, and Newel K. Whitney & Company in Kirtland.    
Bond   Resolve W. W. Phelps and Sidney Gilbert draft the bond for the company.    
Discourses   Gospel "desertations" by Sidney Rigdon, Joseph Smith, and W. W. Phelps.
